A sincere yet overly complicated compilation of reflections, contemplations, and diary activities.
By M. Lori Torok ‧ RELEASE DATE: May 26, 2023
Torok, an alternative health care practitioner, has developed a spiritual approach to releasing resentments. She experienced a difficult childhood, growing up in a family where anger was the norm. Despite this, she was comforted by an inner voice that told her she was not a bad person. As an adult, she was guided by spirits she calls Angels.
Eventually, the messages became too intense and she asked them to stop contacting her. Torok had a varied career, including teaching at the University of Alabama and dancing with the Rockettes in New York City. She eventually welcomed the Angels back into her life and received guidance on forgiving those who had hurt her. This became the basis of her book, The 4GiveNess Project, which is divided into four parts focusing on the mental, etheric, physical and emotional bodies. Each part includes meditations and journal exercises, as well as audio meditations accessible via QR codes, click here to learn more about it. Torok encourages readers to go at their own pace and her compassionate approach is evident throughout. However, the book may be too esoteric for a general audience, as it begins with a discussion of a 20-sided quartz crystal. It may have been more accessible if it had started with the need for forgiveness and the benefits of it, before introducing the more complex elements.Check on Amazon Check on Walmart Check on Barnes and Noble Check on Powells
