Welcome to GiftLit! Our goal at GiftLit is to encourage reading by offering quality books. We want to provide superior customer service and ensure you receive only the books you want, so you can substitute or return any book that has been selected for you.

Gift Certificates:

To redeem your gift certificate, select a gift and begin the checkout process. You will be asked for your gift certificate code on the Place Order page during checkout. To find out how much money you have available on your gift certificate, please type the Gift Code into the box below.

Substitutions:

We encourage substitutions! If you would like to substitute any of the books that have been selected for you, enter your Gift Code in the box above. We can substitute any book that has not been shipped.

Returns:

GiftLit wants to make sure you receive only the books you want, so you can return any book that is shipped to you. To return a book use the return label located in the bottom left corner of the packing slip that you received with the book. After removing the return label, place the remaining packing slip in the box with the book you wish to return. Affix the return label to the outside of your returned package and mail it back to the address on the return label. In the event of a return, we will extend your subscription for an additional month. Books must be returned within two weeks and be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping:

GiftLit ships all books at the beginning of each month. You should receive books by the second week of the month. If you have not received a book, please call us toll-free at 800-987-2939.

GiftLit offers delivery within the United States including P.O. boxes. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO addresses and US territories. GiftLit uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship each book package.
